Withdraw from a contract

Fill this in and confirm. That is a legally effective withdrawal — you do not need to give a reason, you do not need an account, and you do not need to send anything else first. We will email you an acknowledgement immediately, stating what you declared and the date and time we received it.

What happens next

  1. 01You receive an acknowledgement by email straight away, with the content of your declaration and the exact time we received it. Keep it — that is your proof.
  2. 02Send the goods back within 14 days of declaring the withdrawal. Our return address is in the acknowledgement and on the withdrawal terms page. You pay the return postage.
  3. 03We refund the purchase price and the standard outbound shipping within 14 days of receiving your declaration, to the payment method you used. We may hold the refund until the goods arrive back or you show proof of posting.
